They are clearly silver, but I cannot tell if they are solid of plate, or even what degree of plate. Do to money troubles I am looking to sell them, but know not what they are worth. They are marked on the bottome with the wreath and the "Capital R". 1881 ROGERS, by Oneida Ltd. They are 5 1/4 inches tall and weigh roughly a quarter lb. a piece.
